We offer support to participants needing assistance, attending appointments, the weekly shop, local cafes, movies, craft and exercise groups, planned day trips and overnight to concerts, sporting events ect.

Taking care of a loved one can be a full-time job, and it's important to take breaks to avoid burnout. Our respite care services provide temporary relief to primary caregivers, allowing them to rest and recharge while their loved one receives the care they need.
Personal Care
Our personal care services include assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. We work with each participant to create a personalised care plan that meets their specific needs and preferences.
Companionship

Our domestic services are here to help you with all your cleaning and gardening needs. We understand that living with a disability can make everyday tasks more challenging. That's why we offer a range of support services to help you with housework and outdoor maintenance. Whether you need help with cleaning, gardening, or both, we're here to help.

Your Community Support provides disability and aged care support, located in Southwest Victoria.
We provide support to participants over 2 years old and their families.
Domestic services are also offered including cleaning and gardening.
